In this session, students will get an inside look at the world of emergency medical services and simulation-based training at Texas Health Resources. David Jeffcoat, an EMT and Simulation Lab Technician, will share what it's like to work on the front lines of emergency care and behind the scenes training the healthcare professionals who save lives every day. Students will discover the wide range of careers available in emergency medicine — and learn how they can get started right here in the DFW area through Texas Health Resources.
